What Is In A Meal?
Meals follow federal standards.  Each meal provides at least 1/3 of the Recommended Dietary Allowances for      older adults and complies with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Thus the meals should be suitable for persons with coronary heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes. Where the population includes ethnic groups, ethnic meals may be served.
